Each panel is hand-constructed from a sturdy 3/4" pine plywood frame, sandwhiched neatly between two sheets of 1/4" lauan.
The optional paint-grade panels are hand-constructed from the same sturdy 3/4" pine plywood frame, but are sandwhiched between two sheets of 1/4" smooth birch ply. All nail holes are spackled and sanded to provide a blank canvas panel ready to be painted.
The panels are attached to each other with strong dual-action folding hinges. The panels come with pre-drilled holes for the hinges, making assembly simple. All necessary hardware is included.
