Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
No Hassle Return Policy:
- Customers may return their products within 30 days of the initial order, for a full refund of the purchase price. Custom orders are subject to Ready to Cover, Inc's discretion to refund.
- If you're not satisfied with the product, ship it back to us using whichever carrier is convenient. (Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs).
- Your refund will be processed once we've received the returned order.
- Please allow 5-7 days to receive your refund.
- If you notice an error or damage, please contact us within 7 days of product delivery.
- E-mail us photos of the damaged product for our records as well as photos of damaged packing material to: email@example.com.
- We allow 14 days for the customer to submit proof of damage.
- If the damage is the result of our error, we will gladly either replace the product or issue a refund.
- Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your refund.
