Return Policy

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations


No Hassle Return Policy:

  • Enjoy your product at home for 30 days (excludes custom orders).
  • If you're not satisfied with the product, ship it back to us using whichever carrier is convenient.
  • Buyer pays return shipping.
  • Your refund will be processed once we've received the returned order.
  • Please allow 5-7 days to receive your refund.
  • Custom orders may not be returned.


Product Damage:

  • If you notice an error or damage, please contact us within 7 days of product delivery.
  • E-mail us photos of the damaged product for our records as well as photos of damaged packing material to: orders@readytocover.com.
  • We allow 14 days for the customer to submit proof of damage.
  • If the damage is the result of our error, we will gladly either replace the product or issue a refund.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your refund.
